I my last blog I mentioned that I had found out that books are expensive. I had went to the local Library and found many books that I was looking for. There is just one problem. Either they do not have the books that I am looking for, or they are out!
I started searching the internet and found many book clubs. I have joined a club called "WWW.PAPERBACKSWAP.COM" I post all the books that I want to swap and other menbers can then request them. In turn, I can request books that I want from their posting. There is a small fee plus postage. (Media mail ) The more the number you trade, the less it costs per book. I have been very successful in finding books that I want to read. My wife is also very successful finding books at yard sales. In the last two weeks she found over a hundred which olny cost her 10 cents each. What a bargan!

How is the reading going? Since you have blogged I assume that you have found a lot of good books!
This last weekend we circled yard sales that mentioned books and set out to see. We spent all day looking and found a few that we were looking for. It may not been a GOOD idea, because of the gas we used. Oh what the heck! They cost between $.10 ans $1.00
